That is brilliant. I’ve been using a basket by the front door. It’s great in theory but we spend tons of time searching for matching gloves. I could totally see doing this and hanging it from a coat hook! Thanks for Tweeting this!

I’ve had mine up for about ten years. Still a daily challenge to get them to hang up their stuff. But I’m optimistic! lol I have one long chain hung from the curtain rod. The higher clips are for adults and older kids, lower ones for the younger. Best system I’ve ever found for keeping organized and drying them out.

I love it!!! I am going to use this idea for storing them during the spring and summer months.

If you have small kids close in age, another good idea is to buy several pairs of gloves and hats as well as scarfs in the same color. It won’t solve all the problems but at least when you pull on glove out of the pile there will be another to match.

This is really smart and I only have one kid now! I think I’d hang mine from a coat hanger in the closet though since our entry way is basically our living room. :)

I love it. I just did it with some string and clothes pins, and Voila! My gloves are organized for the winter. Thanks.
